Event Promo Campaign

Deliverables: Event branding, email invites and templates, web and social assets, client event space signage; vinyl clings, posters, banners and speaking sessions deck. The company won two awards during the event and one of my email template design was used to create on-the-fly comms to spread the news.

PROCESS

The primary circle is an essential design element that appeared on every single artwork for this event. We have decided to go with abstract triangle shapes that can be used as accent elements. Organic wavy lines were included to balance the look. Color palette were combination of Deloitte and HPE to represent their alliance with an addition of yellow-green to bring high contrast.

CLIENT EVENT

The client reception was hosted in The Factory Kitchen, Las Vegas. The design team were requested to have “Italian food theme“ in all the artwork related to this event. To fulfill this need I’ve included pieces of pasta alongside primary circle graphic. The organic shapes and bright color created a balance of excitement while perpetuating Italian theme.
